1. Recruitment Analysis:
We profoundly understand the job vacancy and its requirement. Company is also asked to help with key features that an ideal candidate should have. We take Written examination across 4 zones (16 centers) across Gujarat state. The online application is available here.
2. Candidate Short-listing:
As one of the most preferred organization, we know the responsibility that we have in efficiently short-listing candidates. We short list candidates based on their performance in written examination in above point.
3. Arrange Interview:
Next, these candidates are introduced to company. Because these candidates are already screened, the selection happens immediately in most cases. Hence, company has the desired candidate in the shortest possible time period.
Minimum criteria for appearing in written exam:
» BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical, civil, IT, Computer, chemical, textile, production, EC, IC, electrical etc.)
» BCA/MCA
» MBA
» B.Pharm/M.Pharm
» ITI (fitter, electrician, diesel mechanic, wireman, plumber, welder etc.)
» Last date of Application: 20th February, 2014
» Last date of Fee Payment in ICICI Bank: 25th February, 2014
